General Return & Exchange Terms

At Abdul Majeed Khalid Allam Factory, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers. You may request an exchange or return according to the following terms:

• A return or exchange request must be submitted within one day only of receiving the order.
• Products must be in their original condition, in the factory packaging, and completely unopened and unused.
• The original purchase invoice must be included with the request.

Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted

Due to the nature of paper products and health & safety standards, we are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

• If the carton or the product's plastic wrapping has been opened.
• If the product has been damaged due to poor storage or handling by the customer.
• If the allowed period (one day from receipt) has passed.

Shipping Costs & Fees

• Manufacturing defect: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we cover all shipping and return costs.
• Change of mind: If you wish to return or exchange a product with no defect, the customer bears all shipping fees (both ways).
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
